The leadership of SRIBS attended the China Engineering Construction Standardization Academic Conference and the Engineering Construction Standardization Science and Technology Innovation Award Ceremony.

On November 3rd, the China Engineering Construction Standardization Academic Conference and the Engineering Construction Standardization Science and Technology Innovation Award Ceremony were held in Chengdu, Sichuan. The theme of the conference was "Saluting Standardization Workers, Promoting the Spirit of the Construction Industry." The event included several key components: the opening ceremony, a theme event celebrating the 45th anniversary of the establishment of the China Engineering Construction Standardization Association, the Engineering Construction Standardization Science and Technology Innovation Award Ceremony, keynote speeches, the release of the "Four Good Construction" series of standards, a book donation ceremony, and the handover of the conference flag. Leaders and relevant officials from the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and various local housing and urban-rural construction departments, as well as four academicians from the Chinese Academy of Engineering and top industry experts, were invited to attend, alongside representatives from the association's branches and the industry.

Jiang Yan, Vice President of SRIBS Group and Vice Chairman of the China Engineering Construction Standardization Association, was invited to attend the conference and presented awards to the advanced branches of the China Engineering Construction Standardization Association.

The SRIBS Group's participation in the development of the "Seismic Evaluation and Reinforcement Standards for Historic Buildings" (DG/TJ 08-2403-2022) won the First Prize in the 2024 "Engineering Construction Standardization Science and Technology Innovation Award" for standard projects. Additionally, the "Green Building Design Standards for Xiong'an New Area" (DB1331/T 039-2023) and the "Standards for Testing of Prefabricated Concrete Structures" (T/CECS 1189-2022) received the Second Prize in the 2024 "Engineering Construction Standardization Science and Technology Innovation Award" for standard projects.
